Untitled…

Sometimes the loudest noise is silence. Sometimes the beating of your own heart is the enemy. There will be days where life vomits you like lukewarm ice cream. That too is part of the route to meaning. You must remember that most of what keeps us human is the window dressing that has become part of our fickle lives. Hold on to the tangible, organic interaction with those around you. Most of all, be kind to yourself.
